6 weeks on from when this video was filmed and things still running very smoothly 😎🤝
When you work with someone for a long period of time, you really get to understand how their body works and what it responds best to and that has definitely been a big benefit during Abi’s prep so far
Abi is meticulous in her approach to every phase and this prep has been no different, and it shows in her progress. Very excited for her season to begin in a few weeks time ✨
