🚨Cancellation Policy 🚨
You may be aware of this, but just in case you aren't, this is our cancellation policy.
Appointments not confirmed within 48hrs may be cancelled to allow stylists the time to re-book the appointment.
You will receive reminders about your appointment if you've accidentally missed the first email, so just keep an eye out for it and confirm as soon as you can.

Coming from the industry I feel you! What helped me was to start sending automated text message reminders from my Google calendar with an add-on called Remind1 with confirmation/cancellation/call and even navigation options which also shows my cancellation policy, really helped and also works with microsoft 🙏🏾
