Your childhood toys had more detail than you probably remember. 😳🧸

Remember when toys were packed with tiny details, moving parts, and accessories that made them feel special?

Look at these comparisons from the past to 2026. The difference is hard to ignore.

Green toy soldiers once had detailed uniforms, helmets, and realistic rifles. Now, some versions look much simpler.

Toy trains went from intricate wheels and mechanical parts to basic plastic designs. Even transforming robots and military action figures show a noticeable difference.

Remember opening a video game case and finding a disc, instruction booklet, and sometimes even a giant map? Today, some physical editions come with little more than a download code.

From burger toys and surprise capsule figures to water guns, these examples show how much the designs have changed.

Of course, not every modern toy is less detailed. But seeing these older and newer examples side by side really makes you appreciate the little things.

Which one surprised you the most? And what childhood toy do you wish they still made like they used to? 👀

Save this for a little nostalgia, and share it with someone who grew up playing with these classics!

vegas won 🎰 🍸🪩🎸🎲

Filmed a whole leg workout. Ill put the highlights here. If you want the whole thing plus a detail on why im doing everything see the full video. (Great editing, minimal brainrot!)

The main theme of uniting it all is that there's stuff here from multiple lifting "identities" there's stuff you might call old school hardcore lifting, there's stuff you'd associate with "optimal" science kids.

In reality its all optimal at least to the best of my ability to optimize for my goals, equipment and capabilities. There's a big difference between performative optimality, the stylistic cues and design language used to symbolilize "optimal" on social media (like using machines wrong) and actually problem solving for your goals given a set of parameters. The latter sometimes looks like lifting from another clique. That's ok.

Today theres an anachronistic idea that people should just stick to "good old fashioned" big weights on basic movements and quit trying to invent new movements. But the reality is, that old school lifters were constantly inventing new optimized movements while also lifting big weights on barbells, which by the way, a lot of optimal kids should learn to do. In addition. You can do both.

For a nice blend of basics and novel solutions for optimal stimulus from neck to calves from very minimal equipment check out The Apocalyptic Warlord's Complete Guide to Physical Development.

The battle is real, but you’re not fighting alone. 🔥🙏

Some days, life will test your strength, shake your confidence, and make you question how much more you can handle.

But remember this: God has never abandoned you, and He isn't about to start now.

He sees the battles no one knows you're fighting. He hears the prayers you whisper when you're exhausted. And His strength is available even when yours feels completely gone.

You don't have to win every battle through your own strength. Lean on God, trust His promises, and keep moving forward in faith.

The fight may be difficult, but you never have to face it without Him. ❤️
