POV: your Tuesday night included a flower bar and career advice from actual engineers. 🌸

RTC members stepped inside Datadog's NYC HQ and got the inside scoop on what the work is really like, how hiring actually happens, and advice for breaking into tech and building a career as a woman in the industry from small-group conversations with engineers and PMs. By the end of the night, conversations turned into bouquets and food, the kind of evening that starts with career talk and ends with new friends.
