Trying the viral @aescape robot massage in Nashville… and I have to admit, I was skeptical. 🤖💆🏼♀️

Here’s how it works:
✨ You change into Aescape’s massage clothing.
✨ The table performs a full body scan to map your body.
✨ You choose your massage type, pressure, and duration. I did a 30-minute Upper + Mid Back massage.
The biggest surprise? The massage arms are heated, so it almost felt like getting a hot stone massage. 🔥
What impressed me most was how accurately it read my body. It found knots in my back, adjusted to my shape, and honestly felt much closer to a professional massage than I expected.
As someone who travels constantly, I’m always dealing with tight shoulders and back tension from flights and hours looking at my computer and phone. I can already tell this is going to become part of my monthly routine.
