Hope everyone had a safe and fun filled Halloween!
I have many fun Halloween memories from my childhood, but being able to do this all over again with our children has been the best ever! Everything is a 100 times better.
This year we dressed up inspired by the movie Coco, and Aily was Draculaura from Monster High with her friends💀

Our family ended up winning the best family costume prize so Skyker wants to be skeletons again next year! We’ll see.

Ok so the nuance here:

I’m specifically referring to people who are not professionals who are offering guides, courses and promises that you can “cure” a chronic illness if you buy what they are offering.

I’m not referring to qualified people who work with you to figure out what works for you. Chronic illnesses are notoriously individualistic. Even people with the exact same illnesses as me will find something works for them but doesn’t work for me - which is why a one size fit all is utter crap.

I’m also not referring to other creators with chronic illness who may partner with brands who create products that can genuinely help people navigate their illness better and offer their audience discount codes. They need to earn money too and they’re genuinely trying to offer support.

But ever since talking about my illness online I have been bombarded with unqualified people claiming they cured their illnesses and if I hand over £100 or £200 they’ll tell me exactly how I can do it.

If you really have the cure, you’d be giving that away for free.

Please don’t fall for this!

Some accounts I love following who genuinely help: @dra_says @drzacspiritos @doctorerinnance @drnighatarif @how2talktoyourdoctor @herdiscussionspod @doctoramirkhan @drcutchins

^ to name a few, if you know more please tag them so people know who to get their information from.
