Materials: Inconel for the manifolds, and titanium from the catalysts to the tips (with ceramic coating). Piping Shape: To fit the tight G-Class underbody space, the pipes can be flattened into an oval shape while maintaining a 3.5-inch cross-sectional area. Catalysts & Flow: A straight-through ("non-stop") design is entirely feasible to minimize backpressure and support the 1,000-hp level.
