Hereโ€™s his explanation! #vets #peguy #comedyreel
what a day !!!! was not expecting to go as fast as we did for my 2nd half marathon but what a fun experience, Iโ€™m so proud of all the training I did & it rly paid off ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ™Œ I trained for 14 weeks before with a custom @runna training plan & when it told me my projected race pace could be 8:30 I laughed I was like no way!! since majority of my runs were in the 9:30s.. itโ€™s crazy how a training plan actually works ๐Ÿ˜‚ with the dreaded tempo runs & speed work it rly improved my speed so now I feel so accomplished ! running right now feels like itโ€™s fulfilling a part of me I havenโ€™t felt since rowing in college just pushing myself mentally & physically & it feels so rewarding ๐Ÿ’› anyways hereโ€™s your sign if youโ€™ve been looking for one to pick up running ! I used to dread it, & sometimes I still do lol itโ€™s always hard but you start to like it because itโ€™s hard if that makes sense ! you can use code GRETCHEN to try 2 weeks free of Runna for a personalized running plan from their coaches, obvi highly recommended I give all the credit to my runna plan for getting me in the best running shape Iโ€™ve ever been in ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ we shall see if I take on a full marathon coming soon โ€ฆ !
