my album “save me” is two weeks old today.

I feel older and younger at the same time. this pic that @fiftyfiveonepointfour took of me makes me feel like a queen, an adult woman, while I’m also rocking pig tails today for the first time in decades. life is expanding in many directions and I’m feeling more myself (thank you God). have to admit ~ I feel very resistant to being *on here* and very drawn to dropping into my natural organic life.

I’ve just moved to a new spot and all I want to do is nest and garden and putz and get dirty. I’m slowing wayyyyy down and spending hours every day just sitting and looking at the trees and grass and flowers and birds and butterflies in the meadow that I live next to. and giving extremely aggressive pets to my new kitty friend, an orange and white girl I’ve named Vanilla (Nilly for short). she can’t get enough.

here is another beautiful review - this time of my beloved title track “save me”, written about my struggle to develop a regular meditation practice. maybe now I can finally do that :)
