Prenatal depression came back this pregnancy. Only this time, it came back even heavier. There were many days during my first trimester where my mind went to some really dark places. It scared me. And if you’ve ever experienced depression, you know how isolating it can feel. Add moving to a new state, being pregnant, and trying to show up for your kids, and some days felt impossible. But something beautiful happened in the middle of all of it. People showed up. Friends, family, strangers… people who had no idea how much they were carrying me just by being there. They reminded me that even when I couldn’t see the light, I wasn’t walking through the darkness alone. I’m trying to count my blessings, even on the days it’s hard. I don’t believe depression is beautiful. It’s painful, confusing, and exhausting. But I do believe God can bring beauty from it. It has made me ask deeper questions. It has made me slow down. It has reminded me what really matters. It has taught me that strength sometimes looks like asking for help instead of pretending you’re okay. I don’t have all the answers yet. But I do know this: I’m here to love deeply. To raise my babies. To tell the truth about the hard parts. And if sharing my story helps even one person feel less alone, then every vulnerable conversation has been worth it. If you’re quietly fighting a battle no one else can see, I’m so glad you’re still here. 🤍

حیف 🖤🥀 اکبر عبدی آقاباقر ۴ شهریور ۱۳۳۹ از پدری اردبیلی و مادری تهرانی در محله نازی‌آباد (تهران) به دنیا آمد. وی اصالتاً اهل روستای آقاباقر اردبیل بود و در ۸ دی ۱۳۹۴ از سوی رئیس شورای شهر اردبیل به او کلید ط//لایی اردبیل تقدیم شد. او از سال ۱۳۵۸ با دریافت مدرک دیپلم با نمایش‌های آماتوری فعالیت هنری‌اش را آغاز کرد و سپس از سال ۱۳۶۱ به تلویزیون رفت و به نقش‌آفرینی در موضوعات مختلفی پرداخت. اکبر عبدی سپس در سال ۱۳۶۳ با فیلم جنجال بزرگ بازی در سینما را آغاز کرد و پس از آن در فیلم‌های مردی که موش شد، اجاره نشین‌ها، گراند سینما و ای ایران توانست قابلیت‌های خود را در نقشهای کمدی ثابت کند. نوع چهره عبدی و بازی‌های او به قدری در زمینهٔ کمدی منحصر به‌فرد بود که حتی در فیلم مادر در نقش معلول و در فیلم سفر جادویی در دو نقش میانسالی و کودکی اش ظاهر شد و توانست به محبوبیت خوبی در میان مخاطبان سینمایی دست پیدا کند، این امر حتی در فیلم‌های دلشدگان و آقای شانس هم مشهود بود. عبدی را بیشتر به خاطر بازی‌های کمدی و طنز می‌شناختند. روحش شاد و یادش گرامی
