Comment "CLAUDE" to get this tool. Reverse engineering software used to mean years of specialist training. You'd need to learn disassemblers and decompilers before you could even start to understand how a single feature worked. REA (Reverse Engineer Anything) is a free, open-source MCP server that gives Claude the tools to investigate any app on your computer and explain exactly how it works. Claude acts as a detective. Point it at an app and it traces every feature back to the actual code, then hands you a working copy of what it found. What makes it different? One person used it to rebuild the full Adobe creative suite in days. REA routes everything through one MCP interface so Claude handles the entire investigation in a single conversation. #ai #aitools #artificialintelligence #claudecode #mcp
💭 thursday’s thoughts 💭 I know deep down no one is really thinking these things (I hope).. but sometimes the doubt creeps in 😩😅 ❓what’s your most vulnerable, unhinged thought about bookstagram❓ | book humour, bookstagram humour, bookstagram humor, book reviews, book reports, book girlie, book besties, in-depth book reviews, reading and reviewing, millennial mum, this millennial mum reads, bookstagram community, reading community, readers of ig, bookmail, books, fiction books, small content creator, book content, book content creator, posting and losing followers, the algorithm sucks, help my posts find people who want to see them, like, save, copy link |
These are my real secrets👇‼️ It’s about hormones, stress, inflammation & daily habits. 1️⃣ Lower cortisol, not calories Chronic stress = stubborn belly fat. I focus on nervous-system regulation (breathing, calm mornings, less rushing). 🧘‍♀️✨ 2️⃣ Oxygen & deep breathing Yes — conscious breathing and fresh air matter more than you think. Oxygen supports fat metabolism and hormone balance. 🌬️💛 3️⃣ No extreme workouts Too much HIIT can backfire after 50. I move consistently, gently, and smart — not harder. 🚶‍♀️✨ 4️⃣ Anti-inflammatory eating I eat to calm my body, not to punish it. Stable blood sugar = flatter belly. 🥑✨ 5️⃣ Consistency over perfection Small habits, every day. That’s the real magic. ✨ No filters. No starving. Just understanding my body and working with it, not against it. 🤍 👉 Save this video so you don’t forget these habits 👉 Follow me @agelesswithsue for real, tested 50+ aging & beauty secrets ✅
