Each year I look at our core values & evaluate their effectiveness & clarity with the goal of making any changes necessary to move our program forward & achieve the longterm vision of what I hope our team culture to look like in the future.

Do our current stated values give us a clear foundation to point back to which is effective in bridging the gap between what we state we're about & how we actually operate? Can we articulate what we're about with more clarity?

Since a team is ever-changing & since it's not possible to perfectly verbalize exactly what makes us tick, I believe it's right & necessary to make changes each year (or at least on a regular basis). Our values & vision don't necessarily change, but some editing & clarifying on a regular basis can make a positive impact!

We're excited & hopeful for a great upcoming year for Jimmie XC/TF!
