You do not need a Power 4 budget to provide Power 4-level player development.
You need intentionality.
@_aliyahhill at @uapblionsroar and @di_fitness01 at @nccuathletics are two incredible examples.
They find resources.
They maximize campus opportunities.
They build relationships.
They make sure their athletes feel supported, valued, and developed beyond their sport.
That is the real superpower of player development.
Intentionality can close the resource gap.
