Most revenue managers are using AI at level 1.

Ask ChatGPT a question, get a generic answer. Useful for writing owner emails. Useless for pricing your July weekends, when it has never seen your actual books and doesn't have the full RevOps picture.

I will be showing the automation side live from the perspective of a vacation rental operator: the workflows I've built, the changes I approve and push, and what runs while I sleep. I'll also be discussing how other operators and revenue manager can create similar systems that ensure AI is being used to the maximum capacity across their portfolios in an effort to maximize revenue & ADR.
