Always feels good being back here

This time with a little more on the agenda and a lot to look forward to

Let’s see what these next days bring 👀

God is always my number one, and He always will be. 🤍

When I tell you it takes perseverance to keep going in this industry, I mean it. I’ve quit so many times in my head. But my sister has always told me, “Carmen, you are resilient. You will rise again.” My mom and dad always knew I was built for something greater. Deep down, I knew it too. I just had to trust God enough to believe it.

And my husband always reminds me, “God don’t play about you. Stay true to who you are, keep being kind, and your reward is coming.”

This @amazoninfluencerprogram gave me two moments I’ll never forget: seeing myself on the main stage big screen in front of hundreds of creators, with my storefront featured, and meeting @luxurylaw . Before this trip, I told myself I would meet him one day. To me, he represents style, perseverance, class, confidence, and the courage to believe in yourself. And then it happened. 🥹

Last year, I was crying and holding myself accountable to never stop showing up for myself. Today, I’m reminded that God was working even when I couldn’t see it. I’m forever grateful to Him. 🙏🏽✨
