Hanok, Healing & Happiness ✨
Three days exploring Jeollanam-do with NomadHer, discovering a side of South Korea that felt deeply rooted, restorative and full of connection. From Hampyeong to Muan to Naju, the trip brought together wellness, local culture, food, nature and, perhaps most importantly, a group of women who began as strangers and left as friends, with shared memories.

Itinerary Highlights:

Hampyeong
Dolmeori Seawater Steam
Sunset Yoga with @inshala.yoga
Delicious K-BBQ prepared by our hanok host @yoonseul_45

Muan
Aekkot Nakji Hanjeongsik, a set menu centred around the famed Muan octopus
Mulmaji Healing Forest, with a barefoot clay walk and singing bowls

Naju
Haegeum performance by @hangyeolhu
A Naju Pear Table prepared by our hanok host @3917majung_official
Creator Workshop featuring @monae.kwan and @jaminparis
Gomtang Hayanjip, a 100-year-old recipe for clear beef broth soup
Bitgaram Healing Forest, with forest bathing and tea meditation

Three days. Three destinations. So many moments to remember.
A beautiful reminder that sometimes going far means going together.

Thank you @nomad_her @namdo__noeul !

Berlin Marathon - no chasing times, no pressure.
Just soaking it all in: the atmosphere, the energy, the city, the weather, every single moment.

Whenever I saw someone struggling out there, I tried to give them some energy, a few words, or simply that little push to keep going. This one wasn’t about the clock. It was about being present, sharing the experience, and enjoying every kilometer.

And one thing I’ll never forget: hearing so many people shout my name along the course. Honestly, that meant more to me than I can put into words. Seeing and connecting with so many of you out there was just unreal. I felt every bit of that support, and I truly appreciate every single person who gave me energy along the way.

What an incredible feeling. What a day. I enjoyed every second of it - and sometimes, a run like this is exactly what you need.

Next run, we can chase times again.

BACK TO WORK.
ALLES GOOD.

My acne had me literally denying my own whereabouts in the past 😭🥹 but it literally the LEAST✨ interesting thing about me, you too 🤍
