Growing up, my family did not fry chicken. I never seen my Grandmother fry chicken. Honest to God. My mother didn’t either. So guess what I didn’t for my immediate family.LOL. My husband said my fry chicken was trash😂. But I literally had to learn to fry it properly. When I had my brick and mortar food business. The demand for fry chicken was high. I choose not to be a chicken queen. The community was so mad at me. Lord, I went through it.

I introduced them to grilled chicken and it took at while, but they got used to it. Then I gradually added fry chicken one a twice a week. I love fry chicken too. But just never cooked it often.
