Tahun 1991, Clara Nelly Rumondang berhasil merebut mahkota Gadis Sampul. Saingannya? Bukan kaleng-kaleng! Ada Cut Tari yang meraih juara kedua. Walaupun bukan juara pertama, pesonanya sukses mencuri perhatian. Setahun kemudian, muncullah Lulu Tobing, yang memenangkan Gadis Sampul 1992. Senyumnya kalem, tetapi prestasinya bikin heboh! Jihan Fahira pun menjelma menjadi bintang sinetron. Wajahnya yang lembut cocok sekali memainkan drama percintaan. Cindy Fatikasari lebih lengkap lagi: modeling, akting, sampai menyanyi. Multitalenta sebelum istilah multitasking populer! Rupanya mahkota Gadis Sampul bukan akhir petualangannya! Lucunya, dulu mereka sibuk mencari pose terbaik di depan kamera, beberapa tahun kemudian malah sibuk syuting dan menghafal dialog! Inilah lima pesona Gadis Sampul era 90-an: berawal dari senyum di majalah, berlanjut menjadi kenangan manis dunia hiburan Indonesia!

🇿🇦 Tyla and Epic Records have announced a scholarship for the next generation of women in music. The “That Girl” Music Scholarship will support 10 students with $5,000 each: four in South Africa and six in the United States. The funding goes directly to their educational institutions to help cover tuition and required fees for studies in music and the arts. Priority is given to students at historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). The programme is administered by the Institute of International Education (IIE). Its stated application deadline is October 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, with an earlier closure once 50 eligible applications have been received.
