There was a time when running a single mile felt impossible.

Today, I ran 10K without stopping.

This wasn’t built in one run. It was built on the mornings I didn’t feel like getting up, the days I wanted to quit, and every decision to keep going anyway.

Running has given me more than endurance. It gave me confidence, discipline, and proof that consistency can change your life.

Here’s to becoming the person I once thought I’d never be.
