The hard reality of being bipolar, especially with rapid cycling, is how fast the weather inside your own head can change. One day there’s sunlight. The next, it feels like somebody opened the ocean and told you to swim. Right now, the darkness caught up with me again. There’s been too much pressure, too many problems, too much noise from the outside, and I’m trying to find my way back through it without turning every bad day into evidence that I’m failing at life. I don’t want to sit here and pity myself. But I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t sometimes feel like whatever I do is somehow wrong, too much, not enough, too late, too sensitive, too distant. So if my replies are slower right now, that’s why. Today’s great heroic achievement was getting out of bed and finally taking a shower. Sometimes surviving the wave looks less like fighting and more like refusing to let it carry you completely away. #bipolarreality #rapidcycling #quietbattles #onedayatatime #bipolardisorder
I’ve been an @urbandecaycosmetics girl for 25 years. From my makeup artist days to now, some things never change. 🖤👻✨ Thx to my hot dates for the photos @alexevansphotography @whtvrmichael + all the hot friends I got to hug & smooch. 😈

Proud of my friend Sam for sharing his struggles with anxiety and working toward a brighter future for his mental health. Performing at the highest level is a game of mental chess that can last for years. I’ve struggled with it my entire life and I think it’s important to share that the GOATS go through it too. We didn’t post this at the time although it is in the full episode, and personally it really pissed me off seeing ‘he needs a rest’ comments while knowing he was going through something a lot harder, and way more mental than physical. He’s a legend, always will be. A true GOAT
New Watch Alert! A new Expedition Pioneer joins my collection, this time with a fresher look thanks to its stainless steel case with brushed and polished finishes, planet-friendly leather strap, and beautiful deep blue dial. On the wrist, the watch feels robust and compact, yet it is unmistakably an Expedition, as most of its key features remain unchanged, including the sapphire crystal, screw-down crown, and Miyota 8215 automatic movement, which delivers precision and reliability. This makes it a very appealing package for both outdoor adventures and everyday wear. 😊👌 Thanks to my friends at Timex for sending this watch over! @timex : Expedition Pioneer . . . . . #ad #timex #timexambassador #timexwatch #timexpartner
