Coaching these kids is way more than coaching and running plays. Its not just about the kids that wear our colors its about ALL of them. We are about raising them to be productive young men and women. That a win or loss does not define them. That we care for them, genuinely. That we were them. That even in middle school there are kids in elementary school who look up to you. So set the example. Its deeper than being a great player. I love all these kids. I love my community and if I can have my way they will all go on to know that they can count on me. That they will remember our talks and that we believe in them.
