Signum Watches Steel Cuda MkII Cathedral series. Signum is one of the Microbrands I like and own a couple watches by. It is quite colorful (for me) with a beautiful petal design that looks like it could come out of a stained glass cathedral window. I think Signum puts out great watches and I love old European cathedrals so here we are. When I lived in Spain, a Late Gothic Cathedral was the view from my bedroom window. The hues in the afternoon sun were incredible. It has a lumed bezel and it really shines! I included a photo of the really cool caseback art and the great lume. My entry for #fancywatchfriday if it pleases she who oversees us. May my humble offering be pleasing in her sight! The last video is Jennifer who came and sat next to me. Looking for French fries no doubt.
HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY DAY! 👨🏼‍⚕️🥼@zieringmedical @dr.craigziering ⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING: POST CONTAINS BL00D ⚠️ Watch until the end for final results!!! Let’s talk about the science behind hair transplants. 🧬 Both Turkey and the United States commonly use FUE (Follicular Unit Excision), but the biggest differences often come down to extraction technique, physician involvement, and donor-area management. FUE uses micro-punch instruments, typically around 0.7–1.0 mm, to individually extract follicular units from the back and sides of the scalp. Follicles don’t always grow at the same angle beneath the scalp as the visible hair. Improper extraction can cause what’s called follicular transection, damaging the follicle and potentially compromising graft survival. Another major factor is donor preservation. We have a finite supply of transplantable follicles, and overharvesting can cause permanent thinning and visible scarring. More grafts don’t always mean better results! Some clinics rely heavily on technicians, while others involve physicians more directly in extraction. This varies by clinic and local regulations, not just country. Finally, implantation angle, direction, and density are what help create a natural-looking result, especially around the hairline. As a hairstylist, I find the science behind this fascinating. It’s not just about how much hair you transplant, but how carefully each follicle is handled, preserved, and placed. #hairtransplant #FUE #hairrestoration

Life gets a little easier when you stop trying to figure everything out and start trusting the way things unfold. 🌿🤍 Sometimes, all you need is a little distance from the noise, a change of view, and a reminder that you’re doing better than you think…….🏔️
