In boxing your legs will carey you and determine the end results !!! You have to be able to train them so they obey YOU when you need them !!!! Do you train them the right way ? Here are 3 factors you need to do !!!! MAX STRENGTH — How much force can you produce? We train heavy loads to build the athlete’s maximum force capacity. This is the foundation—the size of the engine. 2. RATE OF FORCE DEVELOPMENT — How fast can you access that strength? Being strong isn’t enough in sport. You need to produce force FAST. Rate of Force Development (RFD) measures how rapidly force rises after you initiate a movement. Research shows that the early phase of explosive force production is heavily influenced by rapid neural activation and motor-unit firing. 3. REACTIVE STRENGTH — How well can you absorb force and immediately redirect it? Now we take it another step. The athlete has to receive force, control it, and rapidly reverse or redirect it.
Reality TV star Prince Narula has broken his silence on fan edits featuring him and Karishma Talwar, his connection from Splitsvilla 8. After Karishma’s audition promo for Roadies: Rebirth surfaced online, fans began revisiting their old moments and creating edits of the duo. Reacting to the trend, Prince made a heartfelt request to fans, reminding them that he is now happily married and has a daughter. He urged fans to respect his family and avoid creating misleading romantic edits that could affect his personal life in the future. In his message, Prince wrote, “Guys, it’s a humble request. You guys wanna make edits about me, it’s cool, but please remember that I have a wife and a daughter. I’m a happily married man, and I don’t want my daughter to grow up and watch these meaningless edits.” He further pointed out that his journey in reality television has been beautiful, but Splitsvilla viewers know that Karishma was his connection inside the villa, not his ex-girlfriend, as some edits appear to suggest. We’ve only got two shows left so San Francisco tonight and LA again tomorrow - let’s finish on a high !!!
