300-375 KG ❗️New PR I was surprised because I’m not doing deadlifts right now
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Life doesn’t slow down. And I know how hard it is to put yourself on the list when you’re doing everything for everyone else. I’m turning 49 this week, a full-time working mom, and trust me… it’s not easy! But I make it work because I know how much better I feel when I do. Just a few hours a week can make such a difference in how you feel, both physically and mentally. And that’s exactly why I’m kicking off my 4-week Fall Challenge tomorrow! It’s all about showing up for yourself, staying consistent, and building habits that make you feel good. Plus, we have some cash prizes up for grabs! We’re not waiting until January to work on ourselves! 💪🏼 Comment START and I’ll send you the link to join us! ❤️

How to Kiss
Happy 3rd birthday to our sweet William Gage! 🤎 Full of life and always ready for an adventure, but with the tenderest little heart. He finds joy in the smallest things, and I wish I could bottle up his excitement over everyday life. Right now, anything fireman or fire truck is just about the best thing in the world. Some firemen stopped by during our family walk with fire hats, and Willie literally squealed with delight! 👨🏼‍🚒 Watching his joy made our whole day. ☺️ As you can see, he has a whole crew of siblings who adore him. And somehow, here we are celebrating THREE. I love watching him grow… I just wish these little years would slow down a bit.🥹 We love you so much, little Willy Billy! 🤎
