Ok, hear me out, the point of this post isn’t just to post a “prep file.” There’s an important message: Around this time last year, there were a lot of questions about whether I stayed stage lean year-round. Lots of speculation and concern, and I wholeheartedly understand why. In retrospect, I recognize how it may have seemed that way, especially since I was at a much leaner body composition (even while not actively doing shows). Specifically, my three month break between July and October leading into the Olympia. After 4 1/2 years in this industry, I can say I’ve made more mistakes than I have accomplishments. Today, I have a higher body fat percentage, hopefully more muscle, and a much better mindset. I can say with confidence that I no longer identify with my physique or perpetuate that “locked in” mentality 24/7. There’s a time and place for everything! I’m having a really good time sharing the food I’m eating, the activities I’m doing outside of the gym, and just more of my normal self. I know the word balance is heavily overused so that I won’t use it today; I think a better word is “life.” In every sport, in every industry, there’s a time to grind, and there’s a time to “let go.” It’s not just bodybuilding. • • • #bodybuilding #growth #transformation #mindset #olympia

Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra took to social media and posted a pic of his broken leg that had been plastered. He captioned the pic as, 'I took break a leg toooo seriously'. We just hope and pray that Siddy boy recovers soon from this condition.😱❤️‍🩹
