I don’t think working mums actually want an easier life!
I think they just want more choices.
More choice over how they spend their time.
More choice over whether they can say yes to the family day out without worrying about the cost.
More choice over taking a day off for sports day.
More choice over their future.
Most of us don’t want to stop working.
We just don’t want work to be the thing that dictates every decision we make.

I honestly don’t think working mums want an ‘easier life’ ….. just more choices over what they say YES too - that’s the dream ❤️
