I made a special delivery yesterday to where my rugby career all started and that was at @officialulsterrugby 🙌🏼 Rugby is more than a sport, it’s a family. Something I miss since retiring! My good mate @hendy_102 needed some treats to get the boys going for their opening @urc game, and it was a privilege being able to help! Don’t worry my Granda vetted them before delivery 😅 In life friendships and bonds are so important because we can’t do everything ourself.. I’m slowly learning that from what life has been throwing at me! So don’t be afraid to lean on those close ❤️ I owe my teammates and this place a lot.. The work ethic, morals and family I made here has gotten me through more than you could imagine! So thank you lads and we’re all wishing you the best of luck 💪🏼 My Granda even had some advice for you too! #rugby #family #community #baking #treats

Một chuyến staycation ngắn ngày ngay tại InterContinental Ha Long Bay ❤️ Dù ở ngay gần nhà nhưng đến bây giờ bọn mình mới có dịp ghé InterContinental Ha Long Bay để thật sự nghỉ ngơi, ăn ngon và tranh thủ chụp thật nhiều ảnh đẹp cùng nhau ☀️ Điểm cộng lớn nhất trong chuyến đi lần này chắc chắn là Yulong Mansion. Đồ ăn Trung rất chất lượng, chỉn chu, cộng thêm không gian sang trọng nên đây cũng là trải nghiệm khiến bọn mình ấn tượng nhất 🤩 Villa bọn mình ở cũng có một điểm rất thích: các phòng cùng chia sẻ một hồ bơi lớn, chỉ cần mở cửa bước ra là có thể xuống bơi ngay 😍 Một cảm giác rất đúng tinh thần nghỉ dưỡng dù chẳng cần phải đi đâu xa. Có lẽ từ giờ bọn mình đã có thêm một lý do để dành thời gian cho những chuyến staycation thường xuyên hơn rồi 😝☀️ #InterContinentalHalongBay #InterContinentalLife #YulongMansion #LaBaguette @intercontinental_halongbay
