My very first date with Calvin was as his plus one to one of his gigs.
I had no idea that night I wasn’t just watching a performance, I was getting a glimpse of the man I’d spend my life with.
From then until now, I’ve watched him show up for his craft with consistency, discipline, and heart. I’ve watched him grow, stretch, and evolve without ever losing the qualities that made me believe in him from the beginning.
There’s something beautiful about witnessing someone become more of who they were always created to be.

For anyone dating/married to a musician, you must understand that if we do this in front of you, we trust you. This is where our feelings come out, but also, we are studying to be better, and want you to be part of our journey. Don’t judge or discourage us in these moments. Or it will be hard for us to be ourselves in front of you again.
