“Hey Mom, what’s for dinner?”

THIS! Easy, cheesy Italian chicken meatballs served over warm marinara with breadsticks and a salad on the side. Dinner in about 30 minutes!

It’s marching band competition season, and between practices, competitions, and everything else, I don’t have much time to think about dinner. That’s when I turn to my tried-and-true recipes. Little planning, plenty of flavor!

These hearty mozzarella-stuffed chicken meatballs are always a hit. And that cheese pull!

Air Fryer Mozzarella-Stuffed Chicken Meatballs

Makes 6 hearty meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
6 Mini Babybel Mozzarella cheese rounds
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp gluten-free breadcrumbs (optional)
1–2 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
Shredded mozzarella or Parmesan, for topping
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Combine chicken, garlic, parsley, seasonings, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.

Lightly oil your hands and divide the mixture into 6 portions. Flatten each, place a Babybel round in the center, and form into a meatball, sealing the cheese inside.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly coat meatballs with olive oil and air fry 15–18 minutes, turning halfway, until the centers reach 165°F.

Spoon warm marinara into bowls, add meatballs, and finish with cheese and fresh parsley.

💡Kitchen tip: Ground chicken is sticky! A little olive oil on your hands makes shaping these much easier.

Jaybee also questioned what some cast members do outside of Zeus and called out fans who talk tough online but act starstruck in person. He also shared a clip of himself claiming seven security guards had to hold him back while he tried to get to Landon, Poodie and Noel over what he says was them playing with his name and speaking on his character. Chileee, Jaybee says he’s standing on business when it comes to his reputation! Do y’all agree that only a few Zeus cast members have built lasting fame outside the network?

Every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday night for nine weeks, eight musicians and two backup dancers join Harry Styles on stage to perform a two-hour show at the most famous arena in the world, Madison Square Garden. Among them is Laura Bibbs, a 29-year-old trumpet player and composer who not only supports Styles’ band, but sings a moving rendition of his hit “Sweet Creature” midway through the show. After seeing the show, we were blown away by her incredible talent—and also, her incredible curls. Of course, we had to find out all of the details.
