Ihr habt ja den halben Strand mitgebracht 😂

Last night we lost our Nala. She waited until the kids were all asleep and passed. We’ve been preparing for this day, but that certainly doesn’t make this heartbreak any easier. Losing a dog is so much more than just losing a dog. It’s losing a part of your family. My kids don’t know life without her. They don’t know coming home, and her not waiting at the front door. They don’t know a Christmas or a birthday without waking up to her tail wags. She is intertwined in all of their childhood memories. I know this pain we feel now is the price of loving her so well.

What a privilege it was to have a dog like Nala. Thank you for the best 11 years. We will love you and miss you forever. 🐾

This is my story—part 1 🤍

God has been in every single detail, from the time I found the cancer, to now—I’ve written it all down because I never want to forget it. His goodness, His faithfulness. I know there will always be trials in life, but I choose to cling to this verse. “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:14

ALL glory to God. He is good, He loves you, He is for you.

By the way…Do. Your. Self. Exams. 👏🏻
