funny how I feel most myself in a dress that a woman in the 50s probably wore whilst writing love letters to her man at war by candlelight, of course with a cup of tea that had gone cold and a record playing softly in the background perhaps she wore it the morning she received his letter back or the day she decided she was better off without him anyways, I wore it to get matcha 🍵 thanks for taking care of the dress, Betty 💌

my third show walking for @victoriassecret , and it has me reflecting on how i got here 🤍 I didn’t book my first until my mid-30s… three babies, two years postpartum, every reason to believe that door had closed. Turns out it was never closed. Whatever obstacle gets put in your way, don’t let it become your absolute. This is for every woman who’s never seen herself on the runway and gets to now. I am so grateful for last night, for the women I shared that runway with, and for every step it took. Thank you @victoriassecret and Adam and the whole team.
