Beautiful moments that remind me I’m doing a good job 😍 Trust me, our kids yell, scream, lose control, throw things, etc. and it sometimes leaves me feeling like I’m failing them. An image can say a thousand words. However, you can never understand what this was like unless you did it. All this risk, for zero reward. There was no money, no social media, and incredibly high duress, but we painted on what will always be considered the highest stage (nyc subways). We stayed in the shadows, but were always considered vandals (public enemies). These days, the rules are different. I will always have the utmost respect for all artists old and new, but those that came before me laid down the blueprint of what was to follow. Graff is now a world wide culture, but there will never be a time where I would ever not have the utmost love and respect for the pioneers that came before me. 70’s paved the way for the 80’s and so on. I’m grateful for my (moment in time) 👈🏼@kms_crew So, to the entire 70’s collective, those still with us and those that are gone Thank you! 🫡💐🙏🏼✨✨🫶🏼
