CrossFit 2026 Season is over and it was a mixed bag. Disappointed to miss the Games this year, but had a great experience at Legends Del Mar and at @1stphormmonstergames. Came from behind Sunday and got two event wins to squeak into the podium. Monster Games was 13 events with 9 scores. Iykyk the reason I say that. @crossfit413 and my people for the support this year and @coachmichaelmcelroy training fixed some pulling problems and we won the bar muscle up event!
