The remarkable season for PCA continues 👏 He's just the 4th player since 2006 to have a 40/40 season!
Maybe a lot of families are like this too. Or maybe it’s just us. But as much as we all love each other, we could get into a fight at the drop of a hat. 🫠 Even before I dreamt of getting married, I had dreamt of dancing to this song with my whole family - Achan, Amma and the four of us. Out of the 20 minutes of our entire dance, this song was THE moment for me. This was the one I desperately wanted to get right without any mess-ups. But more than anything, what I was scared about was getting all six of us together on that stage without at least one of us getting into a fight. I just wanted all of us to be happily dancing together in that moment. I kept telling my best friend, “If we manage to pull off this moment perfectly on stage, I might just cry.” Because that’s how much this meant to me. It happened just the way I imagined. I wanted this. And they all did this for me. And an extra cheer for my Dad, who, despite being a non-dancer, delivered a picture-perfect performance without forgetting a single step. ❤️ This moment has surely found a place in my last 7 minutes. :) PS - The rest of our dance is now up on YouTube ♥️

The dance studio called & said the older girls were excelling & ready for pre-pointe classes!✨And instructed us to a dancer’s closet to be fitted for pre-pointe shoes! . We walked into this dance warehouse with frilly tutus & dance gear & I felt completely overwhelmed with giddy weepy joy. My girls! Ready for this next BIG step!🩰 . It felt like such a special mother daughter moment to witness the fitting session & squeal together with excitement over this little rite of passage in the dance world.🧑🏽‍🩰 . Grateful for these sweet bonding moments that tide us over from the trauma of foster care/adoption PLUS the tumultuous preteen hormone outbursts that have been hitting more often aye karumba!🌪️Check in on your preteen girl moms, they are highly confused!😅 .
