Shantiniketan ke niwasi, always smiling, always spreading happiness. ❤️ This title track will always hold a special place in my heart, just like the people and memories that made this journey so beautiful, in a place where work never really felt like work. ✨
Apparently a developer has adapted KytyPS5 to run on Series X throughDeveloper Mode, and the project’s documentation confirms it has the Direct3D 12 renderer and Mesa shader translator needed to complete the conversion. (Basically it’s translating the graphics into something that Xbox can handle while adapting things like controller input.) The issue is that being able to get a game to start up is still a bit of a way from having an actual smooth and reliable playthrough. The developer calls the Xbox version “experimental” for a reason, and notes that unsupported graphics operations get skipped so this doesn’t truly mean an Xbox can reliably replace a PS5 (yet). Crazy times, but how long will they (be allowed) to last?
