I’ve wanted to share this for a long old time now. Nothing’s wrong, everything’s fine, just wanted to say it all and have a place where I’ve sort of ‘explained myself’ a bit. I don’t want to be a clickbait girlie so if you want the news but don’t want to watch the video, I just wanted to ‘officially’ share that I have been diagnosed with Mild Autism and I’m, on the whole, really pleased 💕 So much more info in the @youtube video but also open to chat here IF anyone cares- I suspect it’s far more interesting to me than anyone else haha! Xxx
Sometimes we’re so busy looking at our shortcomings that we can’t see how far we’ve come! I keep waiting for when my meditation, face exercises, shoulder exercises, diet, studies to bear their fruits but actually if I really look I already have plenty of fruits around me 😆 I’m so much calmer and relaxed than a year ago! I’m much better at knowing when to slow down. I have way less meltdowns. I almost don’t have days where I just can’t get up or do anything. My face is less puffy. I can explain most concepts of Ayurveda and even give tips to people depending on their constitution. Life is just much better! It’s funny to wait for when it’s gonna be ‘it’ but most of the time we don’t know what ‘it’ will feel or look like! Like I didn’t know I could feel something else than dread and exhaustion on a daily basis, it was just normal for me. Now I know I can actually have a good mental health and feel good! How far have you come from a year ago? What about from 5 years ago? 20 years ago? You’re doing great!
Eto’o, Ronaldo, Benzema, and many more… But who does Rafa Benitez say was the best player he ever coached? 👀💬
Tolik slov o mém těle. . . (a všechna od žen) A přitom tolik prostoru pro trochu laskavosti.… #WomenSupportingWomen #BeKind
Still processing this! So beyond honored and excited to be nominated for Favorite TV Star (Kids) at the @nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards for playing Billie in Wizards Beyond Waverly Place and for Wizards to be nominated for best tv show 🪄💙
