I bought myself this set to celebrate every late night spent editing and every video I posted when barely anyone was watching. Stop waiting for someone to celebrate you and go buy the jewelry 😂💎 thank you to @bassanojewelry_ for creating the most stunning pieces and being the best out there!! Thank you for being here and giving me a reason to keep on sharing! Love you guys ❤️
Dancers, please comment where you feel the most soreness or tightness after dancing 👇🩰 I’m researching dancers’ recovery needs to guide the exercises and sessions I create for Bodhi Core, and I want your experience to help shape them. Tell me WHERE you feel it and WHEN you notice it most: after pointe work, long rehearsals, performances, or the next morning? Include areas beyond the ones in this reel too 🤍 Because we’re very good at calling a whole list of discomforts “just a long rehearsal day.” Your feet want out of your shoes. Your calves have clocked overtime. The front of your hips still feels like it’s holding your leg up. Then you notice your glutes, lower back and shoulders would also like a word. 🫠 You give your dancing so much attention. Let’s give your recovery some, too. That’s exactly what my upcoming Bodhi Core recovery & mobility class is built around: the six areas in this reel, brought together in one complete, guided session. 🦶 Hands-on foot massage, toe work & ankle mobility. 🦵 Calf rolling followed by slow, controlled movement. 🌀 Supported hip-flexor & glute sequences, with gentle movement and active support. 🌊 Neck, shoulder & spinal mobility. ☁️ Legs-elevated rest, easy breathing & a guided body scan to finish. We’ll use props, explore comfortable ranges and move through the sequence with clear guidance and options throughout. A recovery practice you can follow at home, around the demands of your dance schedule. 👀 Part 2 drops tomorrow with a look inside the class. The full session is coming soon to @bodhicore. For now, comment your number + your sorest spot. Even 0 counts. If your spot isn’t on the list, tell me what I missed. Send this to your rehearsal partner. I’m curious whether your answers match. 🤍 #DancerRecovery #BalletDancer #DanceTraining #DancerWellness #BodhiCore
