Halloween thangs 🧡🦀🎃
Haaye… Rasha kitni khoobsurat lag rahi hai 🙈💕 #fg7
This Halloween we’re making soup inside a pumpkin while dressed as a family of clowns. 🤡 Recipe A large pumpkin about 10inch in diameter and height 3 medium carrots 3 stalks of celery 2 cobs of corn 2 medium garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp minced ginger 2 bone in skin on chicken thighs and 3 full chicken wings roasted at 400f for 30 minutes 4 cups chicken broth 1 bay leaf Salt and pepper to taste Brush the outside of the pumpkin with olive oil and bake for 2.5-3 hours at 400F. For a smoother blended soup, you can remove the chicken and corn from the soup and add in 1/4 cup of heavy cream, then using a spoon you can scrape some of the pumpkin flesh into the soup and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. If we ever make this again, I would roast the celery and carrots together with the chicken to soften them up more so they blend more smoothly at the end. I would also add in half an onion, small diced and a tablespoon of honey at the end to bring out the pumpkin flavor more.
