Everything you want to know if you’re switching to natural fibers! Comment “natural” and I’ll send my free Natural Fiber Swaps: Women’s Basics Guide . If you are swapping to natural fibers, basics are where I think you should start. You wear them for the longest amount of time and they are on your most sensitive areas. And you don’t want to look for just cotton: organic cotton, certifications, and low tox dyes are all important. If you can even find undyed, I would opt for those! So for this guide I checked every single product myself and printed the full material contents, the dyes, and the certifications for all of them, plus my picks and budget options that still follow the rules. This carousel is the quick version of the bras, underwear, thongs, tanks, tees, sweatpants, socks, slippers, pajamas, bikinis and activewear. Hopefully this helps you start swapping to natural fibers and let me know what category you want to see next! I’ve gotten a few requests for a baby guide recently!

I have options for underwire bras on my blog, too! Also options for larger chests. If you’re buying @coucouintimates , make sure you read their sizing chart. I wear a medium in their bralettes!

Oddobody is my personal fav. Runs slightly small IMO I usually order a size medium. Layere also makes a really great 100% organic cotton thong that is seamless on the legs and has an enclosed elastic band. It’s sold out, but drops monthly! I also size up in those. The pact option fits really well, if you’re ok with the 5%. Spandex.

Out of all 3, pact is the most comfortable. I wear these a lot when I’m wearing pads on my period. Cou Cou are by far the cutest!

Flore Flore is an investment for a tank top, but so worth it!! Incredible quality. Another great option is @sotethelabel for basics, but I didn’t include here because they operate on a drop basis and aren’t always in stock!

The Everlane was my go to for under sweaters last fall. And the Cou Cou option is more of an everyday t shirt that’s more fitted.

Loveeee the Elwood ones. They’re significantly more oversized and baggy than the other options (but I

Weekly crumbs 🍂

Happy Monday friends! How are you doing? How was your weekend?

I am loving October so far, and frankly the RAIN has been wonderful and I am thriving.

⏩⏩⏩ Swipe to see what I got up to, what I've been reading and for some cute Jasper pics! (which is really what everyone is here for, let's be honest) and have a selfie too in my NEW AND SIGNED HOCKEY JERSEY!!

Not pictured: lots of organising, silly goings on, cosy hobbies, work things and general less fun chronic illness stuff✌️😌

❔❔ Tell me about something (however small) that made you a little bit happy recently! What are you looking forward to this week? How is your current read? What's your go to autumn/Halloween film of choice?

🏒 The ice hockey season is in full swing, and I spend both weekend days watching games! (And I also got my best friend hooked on the sport!)

😈 Going to the @cardiffdevilsofficial 40th anniversary game was really cool, even as a new fan!

😻 As always, there were lots and lots of cuddles with Jasper (he is also loving the cooler weather, cosy season and that I've brought out the electric blanket)

🎮 I’ve been dipping in and out of my playthrough of the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (No, I won’t shut up about it either)

📚 Recent reads - I recently finished The Lighthouse Witches and Threshing Day. The Lighthouse Witches wasn’t what I expected, but I liked it and I LOVED Threshing Day more than I expected to - it’s made me very excited for the rest of The Empyrean series!

📖 Currently reading - I’ve jumped back into the world of the Witcher this week, and I’ve very excited to be back.

🛍️ I treated myself to some (a lot of) bits from some wonderful small businesses in @supersecondsfestival last weekend (I may have blacked out a little bit ngl)

These bits are from @lilyevansillustration, @ohlaurahq, @noteandwish and @birdhousepress! 🫶🏻

📚 Book mail! Ali Hazelwood is always an auto but author for me 💓

🎃 Film afternoon watching Halloweentown (an iconic film)
