Day 5 part 3 After a full day of exploring and swimming we treated ourselfs to one of the Specialty restaurants aboard the ship. We had a four course Italian dinner and wine pairing. We were welcomed by the F&B General Manager of Princess Cruises and we were guided to delicious wine pairings my Sommelier John. He challenged us to try exploring wines outside the norms. For example have the red wine with the fish and have the white wine with the steak. Definitely a night and dinner to remember. And, we ended the evening with a magic show from the great Nathan Phan.
