Twenty-four years ago, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease.

But I never stopped asking one question: Why?
Looking back at my own health history, I realized there were clues before my Crohn’s diagnosis that I didn’t fully understand at the time, including unexplained cyclical fevers.

Years later, as I learned more about tick-borne infections, I discovered that I had been infected with Borrelia miyamotoi, a tick-borne relapsing fever infection that is not typically detected by standard Lyme testing.

That changed the way I thought about my own story.

It also changed the way I look at patients with inflammatory bowel disease.

A diagnosis can describe what is happening in the body. But sometimes we also need to ask why it started in the first place.

For some patients, a history of tick exposure and the right clinical clues may be an important part of that investigation.

This is one of the reasons I continue to study the connection between tick-borne infections and inflammatory bowel disease, both for myself and for the patients I serve.

I just wrote a deep dive on the connection between tick-borne infections and inflammatory bowel disease.

Comment LYME BLOG below and I’ll send you the article.

Have you ever looked back at your health history and wondered what happened before your diagnosis? 💜

Hiro10 won Outbreak. A few days later, he sent me this message 🙏🏻

But let’s be clear: the win is his. Years of technique, rounds and sessions in the dance floor. No gym program wins a battle for you.

What we did together was get his body ready for it. 6 weeks of training built for breaking:
→ Stronger in every move
→ Lighter footwork
→ Faster powermoves

His advice for anyone still doing random gym routines: “They should switch to this program, or at least try it and see the difference.”

Proud of you, bro. Time to shine in the @redbullbcone World Final 2026 ✨

If you want to get your body as ready as your breaking, comment READY and I’ll tell you which program fits you.

The internet has watched Anushka Sen grow up, and it has kept the receipts. Every version of her exists somewhere, preserved for an audience that thinks it knows her. But growing up in public doesn’t mean handing over the right to define yourself. She’s still becoming, still making the rules as she goes. Some things are better left to the real thing. Like her sense of self.

Real diamonds for real performers.
