Pretty privilege doesn’t exist and infact paints a larger target for sexiest violence. . HOWEVER, Pretending that we don’t live in a world where internalized misogyny (or transmisogyny) pits girls against each other as the vying for social capital in the form of imaginary f*ckablity points isn’t rooted in reality. This has always been an aim of patriarchy and transphobia.

that person in the video appears to be very young & should not be filmed or exploited for ragebait online. i don't know her or where she is on her journey, but it looks like she's had a rough one & deserves much better. anyone who says never crashed out or had a meltdown after being treated horribly over a long period of time is lying. let this kid recover from the bullshit they've dealt with in peace. this is a human being, not a walking topic for debate. nobody should be filmed without consent like this, especially vulnerable young people. ok rant over

In the same way, I don't think there is conversations on why people feel okay filming and posting someone's meltdown - or even how the surveilance state is in our pocket like that
