The coziest lasagna soup made GLUTEN-FREE. Thanks to our ruffly gf taccole pasta, you’d never know it wasn’t traditional pasta. Comment “Shop” to find a box near you and how to get $2 off this viral shape when you shop in store! Lasagna Soup Recipe: For the whipped ricotta: • 1 cup whole milk ricotta • ½ tsp Giadzy Spicy Seasoned Salt • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan For the soup: • 2 (14 oz) cans Giadzy Red Datterini tomatoes • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 lb sweet Italian sausage, casings removed • 1 carrot, chopped • 1 onion, chopped • 1 celery rib, chopped • 2 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled • 2 tsp Giadzy Spicy Seasoned Salt, divided • 1 small bunch Tuscan kale, chopped • 1 (2-inch) piece Parmesan rind • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth • 4 cups water • ½ lb Giadzy Gluten-Free Taccole • ¾ cup fresh basil, chopped Here’s how to make it: - Puree the Datterini tomatoes in a food processor until smooth. Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the sausage, breaking it into small pieces, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes. - Add the carrot, onion, celery, garlic, and 1 tsp seasoned salt. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring often. Add the kale and remaining seasoned salt, cooking until wilted, about 4 minutes. - Stir in the pureed tomatoes, Parmesan rind, chicken broth, and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes to let all those flavors come together. - Increase the heat to a more vigorous simmer and add the Taccole. Cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in the fresh basil and adjust seasoning to taste. - Ladle into bowls and finish with a generous dollop of whipped ricotta. A little extra olive oil on top never hurts!
