A closer look at the embroidery on the new @eivormusic artwork designed by @merchbabe , embroidered by @lucifersthelight 🪡
Inspired by victorian lace & needlework, old norse woodcut patterns and secret letters from elves, the illustration is a horizontally and vertically mirrored lettering spelling out EIVØR (you gotta trust me on this one 🙂‍↕️).
From the start I had Lee in mind to embroider the design, I wanted its final form to be organic, tangible and magical. The result was this beautiful Eivør relic 🤩
