It's been a while since I actually posted on this grid and it wasn't a Collaboration thing so I thought I'd change that with a few cool photos. More importantly I just felt like sharing my thoughts as this month was quite a busy one, and we've still got a few days to go.

I think the biggest thing that happened this month was my departure from Bro Radio. A place that I've been lucky to basically call my second home from the minute I came to Wales in 2018 (minus the two years between 2021 & 2023 where I took a break to deal with life), I honestly owe a large portion of my career to Nathan and the team who took a chance on me and allowed me to yap your ear off about the amazing South Wales music scene.

After my departure I've decided to focus on life and my health more importantly. I won't get into the nitty gritty, but let's just say the NHS is really fucking cool and I'm not dying, so that's a plus.

But this heatwave and good sun has meant I could take advantage of the great beautiful outdoors and spend time really enjoying what the world has to offer (and by the world, I mean anywhere that a Cardiff bus can take me for under £10, which isn't that far but still)

So enjoy some photos I took of the outdoors, plus a few from when I saw Bowling For Soup, one of Hensol Castle when I went to some guy's wedding, and some of Stitch, because it's simply the law to include my cat in any Instagram post I do.
