Sometimes you just need to let your hair down and do a little jazz.

My favorite thing about Sylvie Win’s jazz is that she keeps a bit of herself in the choreo. She is who she is and she is confident in that. I hope everyone remembers that - your competition is not beside you; it is within you. And you don’t need to strive to dance like someone else; make your own unique mark. ♥️

Thank you to all of Sylvie Win’s uptempo teachers. You are the best. She loves time with you.

19 years of “family” 🤍

this record will always hold such a special place in my heart. it was a time of finding my voice in a whole new way, telling my own stories and pouring so much of myself into the music. 19 years later, so many of these songs still feel just as close to my heart, maybe even more so with all the life i’ve lived since.

and can we just appreciate the fact that i was singing AND dancing at the same time… LIVE?! 😂

so much love for this chapter of my life. what’s your favorite song from “family”?

There is no path to peace peace is the path
