symbolizes metamorphosis, transformation, new life, letting go, expansion, spiritual transformation.

The past few years especially, I’ve been feeling every bit of that!

I’m continually learning to let go and go with the flow and let my life path evolve to be what it is still becoming. I still try to push myself, but life happens, injuries linger, but even through the mental struggle that comes with not being able to do what you used to do, you can still keep trying and be appreciative for the things you CAN still do…even if small compared to before.

There’s a huge spiritual transformation that happens when you have no choice. When the physical is too demanding and you literally reach 0 capacity, it’s finding the strength in your soul to appreciate the beauty still around you that will recharge you… and I am best recharged around my family and in nature.
