Layssa Satler

So many special things going on around here lately 🥹💚💙 and with so many new faces following along, I figured it was time to introduce myself!!

Hi, I’m Layssa 👋🏼 General Manager + graphic designer here at Flex Aero Painting… along with about 47 other job titles depending on the day 😂✈️

Flex Aero is my family’s business, built from the ground up by my parents, and I’m lucky enough to be part of the next generation carrying their dream (and now mine 🥹) forward.

Most days you’ll find me designing paint schemes, talking with clients, managing the chaos, checking on airplanes, making sure things get DONE 💪🏼… and obviously sneaking in a delivery day photoshoot whenever possible 😇🛩️

So to all the new faces — hiiii 👋🏼 welcome to the chaos, the airplanes, the family business & a little bit of everything in between 🫶🏼✈️

The Flex Aero Way. No shortcuts 💙💚
