It feels so strange and a bit silly to mourn the loss of someone you never met. This morning after I heard the news of @glenhansard ‘s passing, I cried. He has been one of my favorite artists for nearly two decades. By all accounts he was a gracious and kind soul. That soul came out in his beautiful and poetic music and lyrics. Rest in peace.
