No siempre llega un momento Perfecto para actuar, pero se puede entrenar para cuando aparezca ese 1/4 de segundo y aprovecharlo al máximo. #nuncaterindas #momentoperfecto #nuncaterindas

Your future running self will thank you 🤝🔥

All you need is a resistance band and a balance pad to challenge your hip stability, glute strength & single-leg control.

3 moves to add to your running strength routine:

1️⃣ Leg Circles — 2 x 10/side
2️⃣ Pulses — 2 x 10/side
3️⃣ Step Ins & Outs — 2 x 10/side

📌 SAVE this for your next strength session.

Which exercise would challenge you the most? 👀👇

Would you pay for every mile you drive? 🚗

Asked about a possible mileage tax days before Election Day, gubernatorial candidate Xavier Becerra said “we need to pay for our roads and our bridges and our highways” and “we have to pay for it,” but said he wouldn’t “say exactly how.” Steve Hilton has said a mileage tax could cost drivers around $1,000 more a year and says he would veto one. Becerra’s campaign says he has not formally proposed a mileage tax.

VOTING CENTERS ARE OPEN UNTIL 8PM! VOTE TODAY TO STOP THE BECERRA MILEAGE TAX
